The girls are growing fast and amaze us more everyday, always something new :) I guess the first thing we should let you know is that we had to put Madison our 14 1/2 year old chocolate lab down on Saturday, she was just old and having a rough time, it was hard but the right thing to do, we all miss her but it was time. She is buried next to her favorite mango tree in our back yard :)

We have been busy playing, working and being parents. Camden is swimming, though she has not had any swim lessons yet, she is doing a great job :) Beckett began scooting/army crawling this past week and gets around quite well, in a blink of an eye she went to sitting up one day and crawling around a week later :)

We are looking forward to the rest of the summer spending time with our friends and family. I am going to post a video of Camden swimming and Beckett crawling, as I just realized that you will see before you see this post! Oh well, enjoy!

Camden has been asking to "ride horse mommy" so today she had her first up close and personal with Jiggy, my girlfriends horse in Vero. We had a good time, Jiggy was a good participant :) Camden was not scared at all, I thought she might be when she saw how big they were, next time we will saddle her up and see how that goes.

We have been having a blast and loving life with our girls, Camden loves being a big sister and is mommy's little helper. Michael is still working down south and I started back at the hospital a few weeks ago, working a few days a month, nothing major. That's about it from south florida, hope all is well! Take care!

After posting this I realized I need more pictures of miss Beckett!! We have been having fun and the time is going by way too fast. Camden is a pistol and Beckett is more relaxed and chill, maybe because she is only 11 weeks old, haha. We went to see James Blunt at downtown at the gardens last weekend, he was good, however played only 5 songs, oh well it was free and it was fun to get out. Camden and Harper were chilling while the show was going on :) Camden will be 2 next month going on 5, she does not miss a thing and is quite the talker. Be well!

Happy 2011! We continue to stay busy with these little ones, Michael was off work this past week along with Aaron and Jessica so it was nice for all of us to hang out with the kiddos, the zoo was one of our outings. Beckett is already 7 weeks and growing fast, Camden is a great big sister and helping out mommy with the baby. Camden is 21 months approaching 22 and is as spicy as ever, as she is becoming such the big girl. We hope everyone had a safe and happy new year and look forward to the new adventures that await us in 2011!

We had a wonderful Christmas, Christmas Eve dinner with the Buttress crew and family on Edward road as you see Uncle Aaron putting the turkey in the fryer :) YUMMY! Boo Fest was last week at Avery and Harper's preschool. Camden was a clown, Avery was Buzz Lightyear and Harper was Mini Mouse :) The kids had a lot of fun, Camden experienced her first corn dog on a stick :) Her and uncle Aaron also experienced the corn dog falling from Camden's hands to the ground while on Uncle Aaron's shoulder's :) TRICK OR TREAT!

Here are me and Baby #2 at 33.5 weeks and counting, had a doctors appointment today and all is going well. I go back in 2 weeks and then after that we start our weekly visits. This pregnancy has gone by so fast and I have been terrible at documenting it, I hope from here on out to have weekly pictures, I don't want this little one to feel left out since I have Camden documented from 8 weeks to 40 plus weeks!

I am feeling good, tired a lot, this go around I do not get the chance to rest like I did before as I have miss Camden to keep up with but all in all no complaints. Let's see my weight gain is at 35 pounds and counting, looks like I have a good chance to pass the 41 I gained with Camden :)

For those that do not know we are scheduled to have the c-section on November 15th, my due date is the 20th so only 5 days ahead, as Camden was 4 days late. I wanted to go to the 20th but they rather not take the risk of having to do an emergency C-section just in case I would go into labor etc.

She is very active in my belly so she may give her big sister a run for her money, if that is even possible, hehe. Camden will be 19 months on the 11th and is full of spit and fire and everything else, she truly is our pride and joy! We still have not decided on a name yet, we have narrowed it down to a few, it may not be until we see her that we choose a name :)

OK I think that about sums it up at this point, let the count down begin!

Sooo Camden was falling asleep in her highchair while eating lunch the other day, so I cleaned her up quickly, changed her diaper and decided to put her down without putting her shorts back on. C-pop is usually out within 20 minutes of going down and well today one would of thought she would pass right out since she fell asleep while eating her lunch, WRONG! Time went on and I could see her on the monitor, playing around with her crib friends, I am doing things around the house and notice it had been about 40 minutes or so and she was still up! Naturally I'm thinking what in the world is going on in there, I looked one last time and there she is standing up without her diaper on! OK, I'm thinking fine, put a fresh one on do a little rocking and out her back down, SURPRISE this is what I found, she had ripped her diaper off and poop was everyyyyy whereeeeee!! All I could do was laugh, how could you not!! Needless to say mom nor Camden got a nap that day!!

TRUE STORY! While at work today I (Michael) had my Florida Gators lunch box stolen by a racoon. My lunch box was stored on the plan table of the non-air conditioned sweat box that is my field office. I had the doors and windows open to help keep it cool. After coming back from making my rounds of the job site I noticed that my lunch box was missing. This project is soo far out in the boonies that I knew it wasn't another human, but wasn't sure what had happened to my beloved sandwich holder. It wasn't till a few hours later that I saw a rather large racoon running across the site and that is when I figured out who had stolen my stuff. Beware of this critter.

Camden and I went to Dubois Park last week and had a blast. It's the Jupiter Inlet, well part of it and they have a lagoon for kids, so the water is pretty shallow and she can run around everywhere. There are some places that are to deep for her but mama bear just holds her until we get to where she can touch again. It's a great place to take the family and have some fun in the sun!

FINALLY!! Recent pictures posted, we went to BG last weekend with Uncle Aaron, Aunt Jessica, Avery and Harper, also our friends Jen, and Derek and their daughter Lilah. We all had a good time, it was HOT but FUN! They really have a nice place for the kids over there, Sesame Street Safari of Fun, a whole section just for kiddos of all ages, we also had lunch with Elmo and friends the following day. They have a few "watering hole's" for the kids to cool off, Camden and Avery went alone in the race car, big cuz showed her the ropes :) Harper was chillin with the adults. We are very excited and can not wait for this little one to come into this world. We are still working on names and who knows when we will come up with one! Baby Buttress #2 is due to arrive November 20, 2010. We are thrilled to be expecting again and that Camden and baby #2 will be so close in age. This u/s was done this past week, I will be 8 weeks on Saturday. Everything looks good so far, heartbeat was 141. We plan to blog this pregnancy as well, for those who want to keep up with the belly bump :) I go back in 2 weeks for another check up, we will keep you posted!

Finally some new pictures! Let's see, Camden turned 1 on March 11th and we had a party at the park. She has been full speed from day 1 with no signs of slowing down, every minute with her is truly amazing and we love her to pieces! For those that do not know Michael got laid off back in November and has been staying home with Camden while I am back to work full time for the most part. This will teach me to post more often, the pictures add up when I don't post for a while. Camden and Avery have so much fun together and love the wagon rides. Camden and Kona have found a high chair feeding routine which they both seem to enjoy :) Some for Camden, some for Kona, the others are around but Kona is the pushiest one, so she gets the most food. Madison lays right beside the chair, easier for her to lay than stand. Maddy just turned 13 on November 25th! I will have to get Michael to post video of her walking, she is to funny, laughing and making all kinds of noises while she is doing it.

This is the first of 2 posts since I just realized that I have a few more pictures to put on here, things are going well and Camden took her first steps about 2 weeks ago and then on Thanksgiving she took a whole bunch more and each day more and more and more. We can not believe she is walking already, too fun! She is becoming more independent each day, wanting to do everything herself since she is a big girl :) We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and hope you all did as well. We also passed our final inspection about 3 weeks ago, not sure if I mentioned it on our last posting. Finally we are all done :) In the first picture, Camden is instructing dad on how to install her CD player :)

I have been terrible about posting pictures lately, so here they are now. These are a mixture of events, Camden was a skeleton for Halloween and did a little trick or treating but stayed in the wagon and let big cousin Avery do all the knocking :) They had a blast, Camden loves to ride in Avery and Harper's wagon. She turned 8 months this past Wednesday and is busy as ever. The post before this one was done by Michael, she was standing on her own, no help from us. Each day her balance gets better and she can stand longer. We know it's only a matter of time before she starts walking, she wants to so badly, she is on the go 24-7, no in between stages, it's go go go all the time. Great exercise for mom :) She got to meet her great great aunt Eileen, all the way from Canada at our family reunion a month ago and many others. We think she is getting a few more teeth soon, we can see the whites but no teeth yet, she has her bottom 2 and these are on the top so I guess they are next. We had lunch with our friends in Vero this past week, Camden and Aerin were having a great time, each other wanting what the other had, too cute! We are looking forward to her first Thanksgiving and Christmas, so much fun. OUR ADDITION is having it's final inspection on Monday!! Can you believe it, I sure can't. This has been going on for over a year so this has been a long time coming, we should pass, fingers crossed.

Spooktacular and Breakfast with Elmo at Sea World!

We went to Sea World with some friends this weekend and had a blast. The whole month of October they have Spooktacular, where they have a section of the park designated for Halloween :) We also had breakfast with Elmo on Sunday where the kids get to meet some of the Sesame Street characters, they all really enjoyed it and so did the adults. The weather was wonderful. Camden was in heaven, she was laughing and trying to eat all the characters :) We discovered her 2 bottom teeth are starting to come in. We hope all of you are well. We are doing great and enjoying each and every moment with our family.

We all say time flies but WOW!! Camden is growing and changing so fast its amazing! She is like a little sponge and soaks it all in. It seems like every hour she is learning to do new things, she has been scooting around on her belly for the past few weeks, with each day getting better and better, faster and faster. Pulling herself up on us and standing, but today we found her STANDING in her crib! Miss thang had pulled herself up and was just chillin! She is starting to crawl on her knees just a little, but I'm sure very very soon, it will be full force. Uncle Aaron was teaching her how to pull herself up on Harper's crib this afternoon, guess it paid off b/c she did it in her crib :)

Oh, and for those who don't know we have a new niece, Harper who arrived Friday, 2 weeks early, she is beautiful and we are thrilled :) All is well with the Buttress crew.

CPB HITS 6 MONTHS!!

Camden turned 6 months on September 11th! Weighing in at 15lbs 7oz, and 26 inches long. She is doing well and we are loving every minute of it! She was testing out the box that her big girl car seat came in and then she was testing out the car seat! She is changing all the time and loving her first gator football season :)

The house is coming along, at a little bit of a slow point but should pick up by next week. We hope you are all doing well! XOXO

Quick Update

Over the weekend we found Camden sitting up in her crib! She has been sitting up on her own for almost 2 months but now she is now able to get herself up from the laying position. Now she is doing it all the time, so we had to lower her crib, she likes to peak through the slots over her bumper and throw her pacifier out of her crib. We were playing yesterday and she scooted her way over to me on her belly and grabbed my legs to pull herself up to the standing position!! WHAT! She is growing up way to fast! 6 months on Friday and then Monday she goes for her check up and shots!

Camden continues becoming her own little person each and everyday! We went to visit grandma and grandpa last weekend where she got to test out the kiddy pool and loved it! This past weekend we got her a high chair so she has been testing it out and having fun eating her food. We continue to introduce new solids every few days, so far so good. Camden is looking forward to her first watching of the gator game this weekend, though she will be going to bed before half time :)

The house is moving along and hope it will be finished by the end of the month, thats what I keep telling myself. All the doggies are doing great and having fun with C. Hope all is well with everyone!! GOOOOO GATORSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!

OK so I thought I had not posted pictures in a few weeks but I guess it was just last week! LOL Camden is doing great, growing quick and she is sitting up better each day. Kaiden and Kelley came for a visit last weekend and he wanted to hold Camden, he is 3 and did such a great job with her :) Last night she had her first taste of green beans, she ate a few bites but did not seem to care for them like she does the oatmeal cereal. We will try again tonight, got it on video but did not take a picture of it. Camden has also graduated into her jogging stroller, loves it! She loves being outdoors! Things are coming along with the house, passed another inspection so hopefully we will be done SOON!! Camden told us she is looking forward to her first gator football season outside the womb!! GO GATORS!!!

OK so I forgot to mention and post that Camden has been sitting up on her own without support for the last few weeks. We practice everyday and each day she goes longer and longer. She is also teething more, none yet, but her gums are bothering her, so we got her some more goodies to help out with the uneasiness. Grandma and Aunt Peggy came for a visit yesterday which Camden and I both enjoyed, it was fun! We went over to cousin Avery's house yesterday to borrow his swing, which she loved, still needs help to be in it but thinks she is a big girl and can do it all alone! She is also enjoy a new toy she got which is bigger than her but she loves it! She is still eating her rice/oatmeal cereal and attending itsy bitsy yoga classes on Friday! It's great fun and she gets to be with other babies and me with other mom's and just have a fun time. OK so what does she not love! Nothing at this point, she is so active and has to see and be into everything ; busy, busy, busy! Maybe that is why I feel so wiped out today, haha!!

We are staying busy, just passed inspection yesterday on the house, FINALLY!! So now we can continue to move forward with the addition with hopes it will be done soon!!

Camden's First Sea World Trip

We went with some really great friends to Sea World this past weekend and had a so much fun. I did not however take any pictures of Shamu, oh well. Camden love the Shamu show, could not take her eyes off that big ole whale :) Yes, it was HOT HOT HOT, but we managed to keep her cool, with indoor things and shade. THere was a total of 14 of us, kids included and that was great activity for Camden, as she loves to be busy! She will be 5 months on the 11th, and changing so much everyday.

On another note, things have started to move forward with the addition again, yes it is finished from the outside but not the inside, things had slowed down a bit, but we just got our plans back from the building department today so hopefully we will get an inspection on Monday and PASS!! She has fun exploring new things every day! We are starting to get into a routine with naps and sleeping through the night, both good things! :) Camden will be 5 months on August 11th!!

Camden had her 4 month check-up yesterday and all went well. She is weighing in at 13 pounds 4 ounces and 24 3/4 inches long. She got 4 shots and was a champ about it, like I said I think it was more painful for me than for her. The doc also gave us the green light to start her on rice cereal, which we video taped last night :) She seems to like it, though I think she may like the idea of attacking the spoon better; she is able to take just a little bit at a time and is interested in her bib that she gets to wear, also a first. :)

Camden turned 4 months this weekend and is having fun. Here are a few beach and bath pictures, she has also been in the pool a handful of times and loves the water but she loves getting a bath more, its her favorite thing right before bed time. Sorry the pictures are not in order, one of these days I will have them organized! Camden goes to the doctor in the morning for her check-up and shots! Aghh I hate the shots more than she does and this time dad will not be able to be there! They may have to give me a shot to relax, haha!

Things have been busy and we are having a blast! Camden was dressed in her July 4th outfit and ready to go to her daddy's BBQ at work :) She also went to her first minor league baseball game, however she did not make it for the fireworks, we went home early to eat and go to bed! But dad and Uncle Aaron stayed for the rest of the game and fireworks! Seems as though she is doing something new on a daily basis, laughing and talking a lot, loves watching her dogs play and has to see EVERYTHING that is going on! She is full of curiosity and is intrigued by what we eat for dinner every night :) Camden will be 4 months on July 11th! Holy Cow, time flies!

California, Napa, Petaluma the JB Part 4

WOW, we sure have a lot of pictures to put on here, it's been an all day affair. Here we all are in Petaluma for the JB. We had such a great time and look forward to it every year. Dave is caught in the act vandalizing public property but it was for a good cause :) The picture of POPS with Camden in front of a doughy statue man was one night after dinner and we came outside and he was in front of the restaurant and Camden was talking to him like crazy and laughing, it was too funny! The rest are just snap shots of the wonderful Buttress clan, sorry I did not have any from our last night there at the Czar and Mrs. Czar's house, I was in the room with C for 2 hours getting her to sleep. Congrats to Chelsea for winning the JB tourney this year and a huge thanks to our wonderful hosts, Mark and Debbie! There are no golf pictures either, I forgot to give Michael the camera this year to take a few, oh well there is always next year. Also congrats to Mitch and Alexis on their engagement, welcome to this wonderful and beautiful family.

California, San Francisco Part 2

Here are a few pictures of us at Pier 39 in Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge and the zoo where we met Aaron, Jessica and Avery for the morning. Camden and Dad passed out after one of our outings! I took a picture of Alcatraz but we did not get a chance to go over and check it out, due to our time in the city getting cut short. We had a blast and are looking forward to going back. The picture of Michael and C in the dark was when we were in the Aquarium of the Bay and he was pointing to a fish or shark or something.

California Muir Beach Part 1

I am posting a few different segments from our trip to California, as there are many pictures that we took, our first part is when we went to Muir Beach, where Michael grew up. The beach is so beautiful and the view is breath taking. We drove many windy roads which Michael loved, made him feel like he was in Nascar in our rented PT cruiser :) We spent Sunday exploring Muir Beach, San Fran, and Sausalito, as our plans to split up the 2 days did not work out due to arriving in San Francisco a day late, let me explain.

I will try to make a long story short, we left out of PBI at 6:30 schedule to land in ATL and then head to SF, well the weather was bad in ATL so they flew us to Savannah so we would not run out of gas. They told us we should be on our way about 10ish, as we had to wait for another crew to come in, we were on DELTA! We land in Savannah at 9 and are there until 12 midnight, due to our crew not being there and the Atlanta airport being shut down for a few hours due to the storm. Soo we land around 12:45ish and of course there are no flights going out to SF as we had missed our connecting flight and at this point traveling with a 3 month old we were not about to hop on another flight at 1am. There is more to the story but we ended up spending the night in ATL at a hotel that we had to pay for since Delta said the weather was not their fault, by the time we got checked in was 2:30ish got Camden to sleep within the hour and then up again at 6:45am to head back to the airport to catch our flight. What do you think happens when the Atlanta Airport gets shut down for a few hours??? A ZOOOOO, MADHOUSE!! That night was a madhouse, people everywhere trying to figure out where they are going to stay, and the next morning CHAOS!! So we are off, stinky and all except for Camden, who had fresh clean clothes and was a trooper through everything and should earn the best traveling baby award!

Wait there is more, we finally arrive in SF and head to get our rental car, meanwhile Michael is lugging his golf clubs around with mine and Camden's bag (note to self, never pack baby stuff with my stuff again)! 3 hour wait to get our rental car!! Yep 3 hours, our you kidding me, there is no way we are waiting that long to get a car after all we had been through and with a baby, so we take a 40 dollar cab ride to or hotel and will deal with getting a car later. We arrive at the hotel and it was a complete dump, will not go into it, but we left there as fast as we could and took another cab ride to Sheraton at Fisherman's Wharf, which was great by the way. Soo it was not until about 5ish that we got all done and settled into our vacation, and that was just the trip out there :)

A day in the life of CPB

Here are some pictures taken over the last 2 weeks, Camden is coming up on 3 months June 11th, how the time flies, she is growing so fast. This last week she has started rolling over and you will see in one of the pictures she is having a stare down with Kona, too cute! Friends Judy and Rusty also came to visit this past week and we got over to Singer Island to see them and they were able to meet Camden and Avery. Yep, that blonde cutie is our fast growing nephew Avery. There is a picture of Uncle Aaron holding Camden with Avery right next to them, he is such a good cousin, they were having their own baby conversation going on. Camden also had her first grilling experience with dad and seemed to enjoy it along with getting to try on her new swimmies though we have not been in the water yet but soon!! :)

Here are a few pictures of the Buttress crew over the weekend, it was Michael's Birthday on Monday so we had a fun filled weekend, with BBQ's, dinners, golfing and visiting grandma and grandpa in Vero, where Camden had her first sleep over away from her house. As you can see from one of the pictures she ended up in bed with mom about 6am when the boys got up for golf. Camden had her 2 month check up yesterday and had to get 5 shots! OUCH! I don't know who it hurt more, me or Camden :) She is doing well, weighing in at 10 pounds 10 ounces and 23.5 inches long, she is long and lean. We are having a blast and each day she is doing something new. She is on her kickin coaster that we got for her, its fun but she needs to be just a little longer so I don't have to put her lower in the seat for her feet to reach, haha. She pushes off with her feet and it glides her up and down, plays music and vibrates what more could she ask for. It's basically like the leg press machine at the gym but with lights and music LOL!! We had a wonderful mothers day, daddy took great care of us but he does that everyday :)

Camden 7 weeks

Camden keeps us busy and loves to laugh. We went on a walk last night and dad strapped her in the "roo pouch" as we like to call it. C was sporting her first hat to help keep the sun off her, now all we need are some sunglasses. She has also discovered her feet this week which she likes to kick and look at :) We can thank Dana in St. Pete for this posting, as she was getting on me to put up new pictures!! LOL....thanks

Here are a few photos of Camden over the last few weeks, sorry they are not arranged better still working on that. We are all doing great, she is now 6 weeks old, how the time flies. We have been getting out more, made a trip over to Sarasota last weekend to see Pops and Auntie Kathy for the day. We go on walks daily and are just enjoying being parents. We are still in the process of trying to get our addition finished, having some issues with the upstairs but super hubby and dad are on it. We are going to turtle-fest in Juno Beach this weekend so that should be fun. That's about it for now, will try to post pictures more often!

We had Easter at Aaron and Jessica and here are a few snap shots. Camden also had her 1 month doctors appointment on Monday and she is doing well. She now weighs 9 pounds 9 ounces and is 22.5 inches long, she will go back in 1 month for 2 month check up and the rest of her shots. We are all doing well and continue to adjust as new parents to our amazing little girl. She becomes more animated every day. Thank you to all of you who are spoiling miss Camden, I think she got a gift in the mail every single day last week :)

I will try to post more pictures however we are still having some issues with our computer, so this delays the postings. She had her 2 week check up last week and all is well. She is now at 8lbs 12oz and 21.5 inches long, her next visit will be in 2 weeks at her 1 month check up. We can not believe in 2 weeks she will already be a month old! Holy cow, where does the time go. We love being parents and are adjusting to life with less than adequate sleep. The doggies are great and love to be in Camden's room when I am feeding her, it's like a little party. :)

Camden in her sporty nike outfit! We are having some computer difficulties so we have not be able to post a lot of pictures but super hubby is working on it. Camden had her 1 week check up last week and passed with flying colors, she is already back at 8lb 6oz and eating like a champ. The doc says she will have no problem reaching her birth weight, which was 8lb 10oz by next week, when she goes back for her 2 week check up. Michael thinks she will be at least at 9 pounds, we shall see.

HELLO CAMDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Daddy is bloggin this morning because our new Mommy is wiped out after some late night cluster feeding. Other than a little bit of fatigue, we are doing great. The dogs are really interested in our new addition too. Here are some pictures of the events as they unfolded on Wednesday. Enjoy! Oh yeah, I almost forgot. 8lbs 10oz., 20.5in long, born at 8:01am (3/11/09).

CPB AT 40 WEEKS

Does black make me look slim??? Hehe. CPB is set to arrive on March 11, 2009, via C-section. She was still in the same spot as last week, had not moved down at all, so we will go in at 5:30am on Wednesday and the surgery is set for 7:30am. This is a great time since I will not be able to eat or drink anything after midnight the night before and we all know how much I love to eat, preggo or not! We did discuss the option of an induction but doc recommends the C-section b/c his gut feeling is that she is not going to come down and why go through that if it's not going to help her engage in my pelvis. There is no explanation at this time as to why she has not engaged, maybe she is bigger than they thought? Maybe she is just comfy right where she is? Who knows. We will post pictures as soon as we are able to, we should be coming home from the hospital on Saturday. Wish us luck!! We look forward to all of you meeting this long awaited little miracle!

Dilated a fingertip, what in the world is that!! Camden has moved down some which was surprising, so he gave us the option to have the c-section on Thursday or wait until Monday and go from there. We decided that we are going to wait, doc said I could go into labor at anytime, or not! She is doing fine in the belly so as much as we want her here and were looking forward to her pending arrival on Thursday we thought we would give her a little more time. Monday morning I go back, if she has not come by then, they will re-check and either schedule an induction date or c-section date, for later that week. Doc says its a toss up, you never know with babies, they come when they want, right! Sooo you all get to continue our wait with us, maybe by going out in the boat this past weekend jiggled her some, who knows. I still think I will have to have the c-section but I have been know to be wrong from time to time, haha. Thanks for all the love and support we appreciate it!! Stay tuned for these our the days of our lives!!
